Every detail below comes from an official or organizer source.

Thanksgiving week events

Thanksgiving Archery Night — Bartlett Park District

The Park District's themed archery series at the Bartlett Nature Center turns Thanksgiving for one evening: certified archery staff, all equipment provided, and holiday-themed targets. A fun pre-holiday night out the Saturday before Thanksgiving. Registration is through the Park District (program 39696-16).

Bartlett Nature Center, 2054 W. Stearns Rd · Sat Nov 21 · 6–7:15 p.m. · $18

Roselle Turkey Trot 5K (worth the short drive)

Bartlett doesn't host its own turkey trot, but the closest one is a good one: Patrick Devitt's 12th annual Roselle Turkey Trot runs Thanksgiving morning on a flat, USATF-certified course — billed as Illinois' fastest. Registration is $35 (family rate $110 for four; under-12 $17, seniors $30) and stays open right up to the 8 a.m. start.

Lake Park High School – West Campus, 500 W. Bryn Mawr Ave, Roselle · Thu Nov 26 · 8 a.m. · $35

Eating out on Thanksgiving Day

Villa Olivia Thanksgiving Day Brunch — Thursday, November 26, 10 a.m.–2 p.m. The Park District's Villa Olivia (1401 W. Lake St) hosts its annual holiday brunch: a wide selection of chef-prepared dishes, from savory favorites to desserts, in the banquet setting overlooking the golf course — no cooking, no cleanup. Seatings are limited to 90 minutes, and reservations open 30 days in advance, so book early: 630-540-4170.

That's the one Bartlett restaurant we've confirmed is serving on Thanksgiving Day itself, straight from the Park District's Autumn 2026 program guide. If a Bartlett restaurant announces a Thanksgiving menu closer to the holiday, we'll add it here.
